It’s time to start! Get out there and get photos of the products, displays and stickers you’ve put up. Be sure to get Before and After photos of the products and displays.
You and your team members need to upload photos for each of these KPI’s:
Upload a “before” and “after” photo of the products available in the store you are visiting during the Blitz
For the “after” photo, all Must Stock SKU’s and at least 2 NPD’s must be on the present on shelf. In the case of a new customer at least 3 new SKUs must show in the “after” photo.
Upload a “before” and “after” photo of a secondary display. Identify the type of display during the uploading process.
As “Secondary Display” the following counts: FSDU, Dumpbin, Countertop Display, Product Display/Gondola End, Pallet Display and Cooler.
Upload images of stickers, you have placed.
The following counts: Window, Cooler, Counter, Door, Wall, Shelf, Other.
